For the last three years my wife and I have been working really hard to bring you the best Chinese takeaway food possible.

Judging by the response we've had from you, we think we've made a significant contribution to the quality of food that you can now enjoy.

We've raised the bar and have continued to find ways to make improvements and to innovate in ways no other Chinese takeaways have done before. It's been a very enjoyable and rewarding journey and we'd like to thank you for your support and valuable feedback.

The price for our dedication and commitment to Kung-Fu Kitchen has been the time we both spend working both in and on the business. It has also been a very exhausting experience for both of us, especially as this is a second business.

Our hard work has paid off though and we have built a business that continues to work as it has always done but with less "interference" from us. Sometimes it's best to let your team express their own independence and ideas.

So we're taking a little step back from the takeaway. In order to be able to spend more time with our children, and with each other, we have brought in a management team to look after the daily running of the business. Some of you may have already noticed that there is a different voice at the end of the line. However, the kitchen team remains the same and it it the same chefs who prepare your food.

We have every confidence that you will receive the same quality service and food that you have come to expect from Kung-Fu Kitchen. In fact, we will still be monitoring how happy you are via email, facebook and feedback from the team at the takeaway.

We wanted to personally share this development with you and to reassure you that both Bonnie and I are working away in the background. So although you may not see so much of us, we are keeping an eye on things!
